The ideal candidate is a self-starter, service-oriented, and cares deeply our customer experiences with the brand.

Seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual with an appreciation for Korean culture and fragrance. If you have proven experience in retail sales and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we have an exciting opportunity for you at ELOREA in Los Angeles.

Our store associates are brand ambassadors that share the beauty of Korean fragrance by creating a unique and memorable experience for all who wander into our store. The ideal candidate is passionate about Korean culture and perfumery and has the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following, both digitally and in-store. The majority of the day will be spent on your feet, helping our customers across the shop floor with an opportunity to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations, and clienteling. You will work closely with our management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections to our customers. Working as one team with the same goal, you will support and observe your peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development. You will be provided with great training tools and detailed product knowledge, and it will be up to you to make the most of it, learning and developing in a brand where opportunities to further progress in a career are there for the taking.

Responsibilities

  • Work with store team to achieve team and personal goals set by store management
  • Develop thorough understanding of product and brand knowledge
  • Share knowledge on the brand and collection
  • Build lasting relationships with customers 
  • Set the tone for the entire brand experience and tailoring your approach to support the purpose of their visit
  • Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about fragrance and taste
  • Support sales team including, merchandising product, replenishing sales floor, maintaining store appearance and assisting on registers
  • Passionately deliver refined, seamless service
  • Assist in in-store private events and corporate orders as well as additional brand projects
  • Fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage the wait list and proactively communicate accurate seating times 
  • Inspect seating areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
  • Engage in proper communications with guests throughout greeting, seating, and departure experience, and as otherwise may be needed
  • Adhere to compliance guidance and corporate policies
  • Build relationships with members and guests and communicate any red flags and positive feedback to management to assess
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Qualifications

  • A self-motivated, goal oriented focus
  • High energy, positive and optimistic personality
  • Previous retail service experience is desirable
  • Good problem solving techniques and ability to do so with pace, empathy and sometimes under pressure
  • Charismatic and attentive, you’ll constantly interact with customers from all over the world to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal & interpersonal
  • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
  • Passionate and ambitious, curious to explore new skills
  • Awareness and knowledge of our brand, our style, and our brand values - you'll support and influence your peers and customers alike

  • Able to quickly learn new procedures and processes

  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
  • Available to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
