Q. Are your scents gender neutral?
Yes. All ELOREA fragrances are gender neutral. We encourage you to choose based on personal preference rather than category.
Q. Can I try your fragrances in person?
Yes. You can visit us at our store locations in New York City, Los Angeles and Seoul to experience in person. Please see our Store page for more details.
Q. What is the Scent & Sip experience in store?
We have a cafe located in every store so you can enjoy a matching, hand-crafted beverage designed to echo the fragrance notes of our scents for a complete sensory experience.

Q. Are ELOREA products cruelty free?
Yes. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free. We do not use any animal derived ingredients.
Q. Where are your products made?
Our fragrances are formulated and bottled in the United States and Korea.
We source high quality ingredients globally, with key materials thoughtfully selected from Korea.
Q. What about your hand and body products?
Our hand and body care is developed with the same intention as skincare.
Made in Korea using advanced formulation technology, each product is designed to protect and hydrate the skin while delivering a subtle expression of our fragrances.
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time. We recommend exploring the Gifts page at your own pace.
Q. How can I use my discovery set voucher?
A unique code for any 50ml or 100ml fragrance is included on the voucher card. It can be used online or in stores.
Fragrance Details
Q. Are your fragrances clean?
Our fragrances are formulated without parabens, phthalates, and sulfates, and adhere to strict European regulatory standards.
We carefully avoid restricted and harmful materials such as styrene, musk ketone, and benzyl acetate.
Q. How long does the fragrance last?
Our Eau de Parfum formulations contain a minimum of 20% of fragrance oils and typically last up to four to six hours on the skin, depending on individual skin chemistry and environment.
Q. How long will a bottle last?
A 50ml bottle provides approximately 750 sprays.
A 100ml bottle provides approximately 1,500 sprays.
Q. Can I purchase samples?
Individual samples are available for purchase.

Q. What is an extrait?
Extrait de Parfum is a more concentrated form of fragrance, containing a higher percentage of fragrance oils. This results in a richer, more intense scent with extended longevity.
For example, Hazy Blue Extrait features a higher concentration and a slightly refined composition, offering a more defined and radiant interpretation. In contrast, the Eau de Parfum presents a softer, more diffusive expression with a lighter presence on the skin.
Q. What is the shelf life of your fragrances?
We recommend using your fragrance within five years. Proper storage can help preserve its quality over time.
Q. How should I store my fragrance?
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture to maintain optimal condition.
Q. Will my fragrance smell exactly the same every time?
Our fragrances are produced in small batches. Natural variations in raw materials and environmental conditions may result in slight differences between batches.
We see this as part of the integrity of our ingredients and our commitment to craftsmanship.
Q. I noticed some black residue where my cap meets the bottle. Is this normal?
Completely normal, and nothing to worry about. Our caps are individually hand-painted in small batches, and the natural oils in our fragrances can cause a small amount of pigment to transfer to the glass over time. This is simply a hallmark of the handcrafted process we use on every bottle. To remove it effortlessly, gently wipe the area with a cotton pad or soft cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.

Q. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within two business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes five to seven business days once shipped.
Q. What are your delivery options?
We currently offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $40 in the U.S.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q. Can I ship to a PO box?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address at checkout.
Q. What if my package cannot be delivered?
If a tracked shipment cannot be delivered, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or canceled.
Q. What is the status of my order?
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. For any additional questions about your order, please contact us at hello@elorea.com.
Returns & Support
Q. What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend exploring samples or discovery set before committing to a full size bottle.
