- Each address you choose to ship is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable. We do not ship to PO boxes.
- All orders will be subject to a shipping charge unless specified. All orders (except samples) will be tracked. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or canceled.
- Orders are processed within two (2) business days. Delivery times are an additional five (5) to seven (7) business days once your order has been processed.
- ELOREA is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from ELOREA or its agents’ facilities to the delivery address. ELOREA is also not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
All sales on ELOREA.COM are final.
